We couldn’t be more proud of our Nobby’s Nippers! 🫶🏽✨ They did an epic job of representing our little club on the biggest stage they know. They swam, paddled, ran and marched their little hearts out and we’re in awe of each and every one of them! 🤩 Such a memorable scene to have their Albatross brothers and sisters marching all together too in this morning’s March Past too! Whilst Nobby’s has never been an overly competitive club, boy do we have heart! 🫶🏽 Massive thank you to everyone involved in getting these kids to where they are now, this includes parents, club officials, our surf sports team and club admin, and an extra big thank you to Kylie for the last minute logistics… and to our inspiring club coach - Nick Marshall for leading some world class sessions this season🤩👏🏽 “Bring home the bacon kids” 😆

📣✨ RESCUE RESCUE RESCUE ✨📣 Big shout out to Group 7 who performed a life saving rescue after hours today, to two members of the public 🙌🏽 Just after pack up, they were alerted to two young girls that had been taken by a rip, and were quick to react and get out to the struggling swimmers. Everyone was brought to shore safely, with one of the girls going to hospital as a precaution. Well done Dante, Shaun, Owen, Colin and the rest of Group 7 ✨ Stay alert everyone, stay safe, and remember… always swim between the red and yellow flags, and let someone know you’ve gone for a swim! 🔴🟡🌊 @lifesavingqld
